I am currently in the process of completing additional training with the Sound Healing Academy to be able to offer sound therapy as a stand-alone treatment.

1-to-1 Sound Therapy Treatments​

• SOUND THERAPY - the treatment will involve a variety of instruments used to assess and rebalance the client's subtle energy fields

• PERSONAL GONG SESSION - using mainly gongs, the treatment will focus on relaxation and provide a cocoon of therapeutic sound to help relieve stress and tension 

• PERSONAL HIMALAYAN SINGING BOWL SESSION - using mainly Himalayan singing bowls placed on and around the body, the treatment will provide a sonic massage and a field of harmonious sounds to quiet the mind and bring the client into a state of deep relaxation

 

PRICES:​​

• £25 for a 30-minute Gong or Himalayan Singing Bowl Session

• £45 for a 60-minute Gong or Himalayan Singing Bowl Session

• £65 for a 90-minute Sound Therapy Session

Group Sound Bath - 60 minutes - £120

An immersive, group meditative experience using a variety of instruments (Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, drums, shakers etc.) to bathe attendees in therapeutic sound. Suitable for those with large, open spaces in their homes, corporate wellbeing or local events. Please read the information below and contact Darren to discuss making a booking:

• Availability is subject to the location and there being sufficient space to set out the instruments (floor space approximately 3m x 3m) and for all attendees to be able to lie down or sit comfortably in the room.

• The client will be responsible for booking and paying for the space if not using their own property. Although suitable for sports halls, yoga studios or town/village halls, the space should be as peaceful as possible (i.e. not affected by music playing in other nearby areas or disruptive noises such as loud traffic or the clattering of free-weights).

• Payment must be made at least 48 hours in advance to confirm the booking. No refunds if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (but the session can be rescheduled once in the event of an emergency).

• Attendees will need to bring a yoga mat or something similar to lie or sit on. Wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a blanket and pillow are also recommended. Using an eye pillow, eye mask or placing a small towel across the eyes can also enhance the experience. 

• The price of £120 is my fee for providing a 60-minute group sound bath experience irrespective of the number of attendees. This price includes travel time, fuel and the time taken to set up and pack down afterwards.

• Setting up the instruments and preparing the space will take approximately 45 minutes beforehand. Packing down afterwards and clearing the space will take approximately 30-45 minutes. The space should therefore be available for a minimum of 2.5 hours.

• The client is free to charge attendees admittance if they wish to do so. Therefore, the more people attending, the lower the cost per head.
