In a fast-paced, stressful world, setting aside time to relax and de-stress is becoming an increasingly important part of our daily lives. Harmony Complementary Therapy was established in 2022 by Darren Lord and is based in Lee, London, SE12. 

Harmony offers holistic massage treatments that will help you relax, reduce feelings of stress and promote healing. Clients requiring deeper massage to help reduce muscle tension, recover from injuries or correct dysfunction may benefit from a more focused Soft Tissue or Sports treatment. Treatments can be booked to take place at Darren's home (regular local bus service or free on-street parking), or they can be given in your own home (subject to location and having adequate space available to set up the treatment couch).
